In your haste to reach the starting point, collect as many logs as possible. Logs can be used to create a path to victory or to block an opponent's path, forcing them to restart from the beginning. You shouldn't be terrified of the later enemies because they're easy to defeat with a decent strategy and some power-ups. In fact, you may get a head start by watching a short commercial in return for some useful bonuses. To quickly overtake the opposition, simply activate the speed multiplier.
